- Graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering; Or a college graduate / undergraduate who has an equivalent knowledge gained through training or through experience
- New IT Graduate; Business know-how preferably in Cement or Steel industry
- Requires to be well-versed in computer systems and network functions
- Knowledge in the following: Windows , Linux, Network, Printers, IT Security and Compliance
- Provide IT support to branches such as install, maintain and repair computers, printers, networks and other peripherals
- Ensure adequate IT infrastructure is in place and is used to its maximum capabilities
- Performs basic functions of Network Admin and System Admin
- Manages the IT Helpdesk system (Motadata)
- Good Analysis and Problem Solving, Communication, Customer Focus
