- College graduate with, preferably, a Science-related degree
- Must be a Licensed Engineer
- Minimum of five (3) years experience in a safety management role in a large organization; or Minimum five to ten (5) years in an operational role in a “safety conscious” organization
- Strong technical knowledge in safety concepts such as risk, management, incident investigation, systems development, behavioral safety, change management, hazard recognition, auditing, inspections and reporting
- Act as the legislated Safety Officer for Calamba Plant and South Luzon and National Capital Region (NCR) plants and warehouses; Assist the Safety Manager implement and maintain Safety and Health of said Plants and Warehouses.
